General Education Degree (GED) Support Program

The GED program at Walworth County Literacy Council (WCLC) helps prepare students for the GED examination.

Students and their tutors meet at a public library, or virtually, on a regular basis to work on student-specific skills and goals. The GED program is a collaborative effort between Gateway Technical College (GTC) and Walworth County Literacy Council (WCLC). All testing is done at Gateway Technical College.

While WCLC does not diagnose learning or reading disabilities, every attempt is made to best accommodate students with the resources available.

All Walworth County Literacy Council services are free of charge. For more information about this program, please email wclcinfo@gmail.com or call 262-475-9180.
